Hominy Child Care, in Candler NC, a five star center, is seeking an experienced lead teacher, and an experienced teacher assistant for our early childhood center. We are seeking strong infant/toddler teachers, strong pre-school teachers, and afterschool teachers to help in the classroom, and after school. Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Lead teacher, minimum of an associates, or bachelors degree in early childhood, with a current approved criminal check, and current active educational qualification letter with workforce development. Applicants must have a minimum of two years of verified work experience. This position pays between $14-15.50 per hour.

Teacher assistant/after school teacher, minimum of credentials plus 6 additional credit hours in early childhood, with a current approved criminal check, and current active educational qualification letter with workforce development. Applicants must have a minimum of two years of verified work experience. This position pays between $12.50-13.50.

All applicants must have clearance on a TB test prior to employment, and a current clearance on a health/physical form.
