Cuba Partnership
We are in an ongoing partnership to pray and support the ministry of Nueva Ebenezer Baptist Church in Las Tunas, Cuba. There is a desperate need for over the counter medicines for the people of Las Tunas and we collect basic medications like ibuprophen, neosporin and benadryl at Easter and Christmas. We send these needed medicines through Kim Christman and Stan Dotson, who coordinate connections between WNC Baptist Churches and our sister churches in Cuba.
We have also raised funds to provide seed money for Granja Sostenible a sustainable farm raising goats and chickens to provide protein and income for the local community.
To help with medications and food for undernourished children go to Giving and put “Las Tunas missions” in the notes box to help our sister church make a difference in their community. To help support the next Mission Trip put “Mission Trip” in the notes box.
