This refundable deposit of $250 will apply towards your total balance. It will be returned to you by this method of payment if there are no damages, late fees, or extra kitchen cleaning fees following your event. (Your meal team/caterer is responsible for cleaning the kitchen and all items they use, or you can arrange for someone to clean the kitchen. Kitchen cleaning is not covered under your custodial fees.)
