This coming Sunday we will celebrate Pentecost!  It has become our tradition to begin the celebration of Pentecost with a processional by the children.  They will come in to the sanctuary waving the “fire” streamers.  It’s meant to be a joyful celebration of the coming of the Holy Spirit on that first day of Pentecost.  It is celebrated each year 50 days after Easter. 

If your child would like to participate in the processional, please bring them to the new sanctuary foyer at 10:50 am to get their instructions and streamers.  If they are in Sunday school, please plan to pick them up from their class and bring them with you.
