To request a date for your wedding, please fill out the brief form below. Our Wedding Host will contact you within 5 business days to discuss availability of your requested date.

*Please note that ministers and church staff will not give tours of the building.

Tours are a part of your initial meeting with the Wedding Host and must be scheduled in advance with her.

First Choice for Event Date

After you have entered your first choice for event date, please share below *at least one* alternate date that you would accept for your event. We will only need to consider your alternate dates in the event that your First Choice is unavailable. NON-MEMBER WEDDINGS CANNOT BE SCHEDULED ANYTIME BETWEEN THANKSGIVING AND NEW YEAR'S DAY.

After the Wedding Host confirms a date with you, return to this page to pay your deposit to hold the date. A Wedding Host will contact you within 10 days of paying your deposit which reserves your wedding date. The Wedding Host will schedule an initial meeting which includes a tour of our facilities and a Wedding Booklet which will cover all policies, expectations, and what we have to offer for your wedding.

Wedding Fees for Non-Members

Base fee (Sanctuary Only) $1000 ($250 refundable*)

Ministries Center Only (no kitchen): $1500 ($250 refundable*)

Sanctuary/Ministries Center (no kitchen): $1700 ($250 refundable*)

Ministries Center/Kitchen (no Sanctuary): $2000 ($250 refundable*)

Sanctuary, Ministries Center and Commercial Kitchen: $2200 ($250 refundable*)

These fees include building use, utilities during your event, security (opening and locking up), Wedding Host assistance, support staff, Custodian, and Sound Technician.

Sanctuary and Dining Room hours: Thursday/Friday 2:00 pm—9 pm, Saturday 8 am—8 pm. Kitchen hours: Friday 2:00 pm—9 pm, Saturday 8 am—8 pm. **Please no moving of chairs, tables, or any large/heavy items between 12 pm and 2 pm due to Child Care nap time (2-3 people doing quiet decorating is acceptable.)
